Year 10
Year 10 will be finishing of the work we started in September based on nutrition and health. They will then move on to how food is processed and manufacturing. Students have access to a wealth of recipes on the team’s files (ranging from easy to complex) and are welcome to cook as often as they choose. Cooking is purely optional but an adult must be present for safety reasons.
