Salary Scale: KA04

Contract Details:  37 hours per week for 41 weeks of the year (term time plus 5 INSET days and 10 days)

Start date: 1st September 2019 or sooner

Kingstone High School is currently seeking to appoint an Administrative Assistant to join our busy office team and undertake a range of administrative duties. 

We are seeking a candidate with excellent interpersonal skills and a high level of personal organisation and accuracy who has the ability to work independently, as well as to work effectively as a member of a team.  Excellent IT skills are required, a sense of humour is essential.

The successful candidate will require a flexible approach and the ability to work under pressure and to meet deadlines. You will need to be confident in communicating to a diverse range of people at all levels.  Applications from colleagues with experience of working in an administrative role will be most welcome.  In return, we offer the opportunity to work with fantastic students in a Good school, as well as a committed and supportive staff team.
