Uniform & Equipment

The KHS uniform list is attached below.

PE Kit Guidance

Should students be unable to participate in PE, for whatever reason, it is still expected they attend school in PE kit to take part in the lesson in a non-active way.

All PE kit must be Kingstone branded, any uniform that does not meet this standard will need to be removed or changed for Kingstone items and should it reappear then it will be confiscated.

This mainly includes hoodies and shorts, and no outside sports clubs should be worn, regardless of the colour of the item.

Socks must be worn and these must be navy.  In the summer term white socks can be worn.

Some students will require outdoor footwear for the field when on topics such as rugby and football. Boots must be worn for these lessons: trainers will not suffice due to how boggy the field can get and we do not want students walking the mud around the school site.

If students arrive to school or to their PE lessons with incorrect uniform then spare clean kit will be issued to them by the PE staff. This is non-negotiable.

Please can we ask that jewellery and watches are removed, hair is tied up and inhalers/ epipens, if carried, are handed in to teachers at the start of lessons.

Finally, should there be any issues with any of the above , then please contact Mr Dan Thomas via email.   dthomas@kingstoneacademy.co.uk
